No Refund Policy
All consultation fees paid on our website are non-refundable. Once a consultation has been booked and the payment has been successfully processed, the amount cannot be refunded.

Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a client is not satisfied with the consultation, we are happy to provide an alternative solution.
In such cases, we will arrange another consultation session with a different astrologer at no additional cost. This allows the client to receive another professional perspective.
Eligibility for Second Consultation
A second consultation may be provided under the following conditions:

Incorrect Information
